Website Hosting
BlueHost – My all time favorite for a quick and easy setup for WordPress hosting and it’s really inexpensive! Get the tech stuff out of the way so you can focus on building your business!
WP Engine – The best WordPress hosting around! Super fast and very solid. Highly recommended!
HostGator – Excellent choice if you need a VPS or dedicated server.
Email Marketing
ConvertKit – In my opinion beats the pants off of GetResponse and AWeber because it offers a blend of there basic email tools with some of the more advanced features from Ontraport and Infusionsoft. And, it has all of that for a fraction of the cost! In fact, I switched from Ontraport to ConvertKit. It’s what I use and rely on daily. Highly recommended if you’re ready to take your business to the next level!
Lead Pages – Another tool that I use daily. If you put your email address in anywhere on this website then you used a LeadPages form. They are very easy and quick to setup so you can be ready to capture email addresses within minutes. Any they have a bunch of pre-made templates to choose from. Highly recommended!
GetResponse – A great starter email marketing system. Great email marketing platform that’s reasonably priced. I also use this in my email marketing efforts.
AWeber – A great starter email marketing system. Don’t currently use it, but have in the past. It is also a great email marketing platform. Just didn’t need it anymore after I switched to Ontraport.
Niche Market Research Tools
LongTail Plantinum – My choice keyword research tool. I use this tool every week and love all of the time that it saves me.
Sem Rush Keyword Difficulty Tool – This tool will allow you to check keyword difficulty for free a limited number of times. It works in a pinch, but you’re better off at least getting and and using the free trial of LongTail Platinum.
Link Building and Content Marketing Tools
BuzzBundle – This is the bomb! I use this tool about an hour every day to build my audience, get natural links and new email subscribers. It takes the work out of finding where my audience is at on the Internet. Just enter a few keywords, do a search and BuzzBundle compiles a list of pages where you can go interact with your audience, help them out and of course drop your links to send traffic back to your site. This is currently the best tool in my toolbox!
NextScripts – This is the tool I use to automate my Twitter and Facebook posting (it also posts to several other sites too). Anytime I make a blog post it’s automatically sent out to Facebook and Twitter, which is a huge time saver and allows me to focus on producing high quality content and not worrying about whether or not I promoted it.
Premium WordPress Themes
Theme Forest – High quality, professional looking themes for your WordPress site. I’ve purchased several themes from them and they have all worked well for me.
Logo Design
99 Designs – This is the place where I’ve had several logos made. You just start a competition and designers from around the world compete to give you the best logo. You simply choose the one you like!
