Law of Attraction at Work – Your thoughts determine how you feel
The Law of Attraction is at work in your body whether you relaize it or not because your thoughts are in total control of your mind and body! Without thoughts there isn’t any action. For example, you have to think to move a finger on your hand. Thinking can quickly turn to obsessing in your mind, which controls your feelings and re-tunes your mind and body to a new setting brought on by the thoughts and feeling on which you are obsessing. The time it takes to feel the effects of your thoughts are about the same amount of time it takes the power from a light switch on the wall to travel to the light bulb in a lamp. It’s almost instantaneous. You are in complete control of everything related to your mind and body. A good example of someone who isn’t in complete control, or any control at all would be someone who blames others for their current and past circumstances, which feeds into their powerlessness. They become victims of themselves. Just as you put food into your mouth, you put "food" into your mind and body with your thoughts. It’s very easy to think things and they quickly become a persons reality. As we think we feel the effects of our thoughts. We are capable of being in complete control of our feelings. We think thoughts, not reality. True psychotics believe that their thoughts are reality. A person who is aware of their thoughts and manages them accordingly is much more healthy. Most of us fall somewhere in between the two. Not psychotic, but crazy enough to believe our thoughts enough to allow them to affect our lives. Comprehensive understanding of our thoughts and how to manage them will ultimately allow us to lead much happier, healthier lives.
